Individual Trauma Psychotherapy Sessions

Have you ever had a therapy process that left you longing for more connection and to be seen and heard? I value this deeply and provide it as a Trauma Therapist who specializes in the hardest to understand symptoms that are often referred out by other providers as they do not desire or are not trained to engage in that deeper work with clients.

Trauma Intensive Sessions

Therapy can feel intimidating and barriers to entry are high these days for many. I try to help those who are struggling to process their trauma in the least restrictive ways- location, length in session, and frequency.

Longer sessions, less often, can be more helpful than never at all. I have seen humans move mountains when they are motivated for their health and well-being.

I offer longer sessions also known as intensives or workshops for those seeking supportive therapeutic services in a non-traditional way. Please contact Amy for availability & pricing.

“I have had a life changing experience after going to see Amy Anderson for two and one-half years now. Having had a lifetime of trauma, including child abuse, anorexia and narcissistic partner abuse, Amy helped me using EMDR therapy to greatly lessen flashbacks, depression and anxiety. I can now see the joy in my life and be fully present for the good feelings. I am eating well and understand more fully why I began restricting food intake at such an early age. I am now finally open to a healthy, loving relationship at the age of seventy. It is with much gratitude that I write this review. Thank you Amy for all the quality time you spent with me and for giving me the words to reparent the neglected child within. I can now live the winter of my life joyfully.
